Return Credentials

We provide products that are stylish, inventive, and faultless. If a product doesn't fit to your expectations. If your order doesn’t fit well so, we offer the first alteration free of charge.

You have 60 days from delivery to initiate a return and exchanges. The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition you received it.

 Return Process

  • Contact our Customer Service team to initiate a return.
  • You will receive a return authorization number (RAN) and instructions on how to send your item back.
  • Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of damaged or defective items.

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange for the same item.

Refunds

  1. Refund Processing

    • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

We do not accept returns for refunds on custom orders. Please understand that your custom order is specially made for you. All details, including style, material, and accessories, are as per your choice, and we cannot resell custom items.
